BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY NO.8 (PART) PARISH OF WADDESDON) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026 made on 12 May 2026, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public bridleway running from SP75082-14644 NE for 371M to SP75372-14757 as shown by a bold continuous line on the Order map, to a line running from SP75082-14644 NNE for 218M to SP75195-14816 then E for 45M to SP75240-14818 then SE for 150M to SP75372-14757 as shown by a bold broken line and having a width of 5M throughout with a pinch point of 4m at SP75114-14659. Full details of the Order are available at Reception, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA and at Aylesbury Library during normal opening hours. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from the Council at a cost of £5.00 by writing to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team at the address given below. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing stating the grounds on which they are made to the Definitive Map and Highway Searches Team, 6th Floor, Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA or email row@buckinghamshire.gov.uk by no later than 1 July 2026. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice open to public inspection.
