What is happening?

The COUNCIL made the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 4) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26.

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking spaces at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto. Cawder Road, Bridge of Allan - TM/6 - SRO/2026(131).

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 29-5-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Melville Terrace, Stirling) (Restriction on Waiting and Loading) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26. This Order will:-

Introduce new no waiting and loading at any time restrictions on the following section of roads:

Melville Terrace, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety and access for residents.

A COPY of the Order, may be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2026(140).

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 29-5-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Keir Street, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
and (Fountain Road, Henderson Street and Keir Street, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Suspension of
Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26.
This Order will close:
Keir Street From its junction with Fountain Road to its junction with Union Street.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:
Fountain Road On both sides of the road from its junction with Henderson Street in a
south-westerly direction for a distance of 140 metres or thereby, and;
Henderson Street On both sides of the road from No 78 to No 90 Henderson Street, and:
Keir Street From its junction with Fountain Road to the boundary of No’s 10-12 Keir Street.
From 24-6-26 until 25-6-26 to facilitate the dismantling of a temporary store.
Alternative Routes: via Fountain Road, Allanvale Road, Union Street and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A811, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension
of Parking) and (B8075, Blairdrummond) (Temporary Suspension of Weight Restriction - Amendment)
Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26.
This Order will close:-
A811
From its junction with King’s Knot Roundabout to its junction with the B8075.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:-
A811 From its junction with King’s Knot Roundabout in a westerly direction for a distance
of 750 metres or thereby from 2000 hours until 0600 hours from 17-6-26 until
26-6-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works. The weight restriction on the
B8075 will be suspended for the duration of the works. Please note that this is a
change to the originally advertised dates of 17-6-26 - 24-6-26.
Emergency service access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: via A811, B8075, A84, Raploch Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (Glasgow Road / Milton, Whins of Milton, Stirling)
(Restriction on Waiting, Loading and Unloading) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(as amended).

This Order proposes to amend the existing waiting restrictions:-
Alter the existing No Waiting at any Time Restrictions on the following section of roads to No Waiting and Loading at any Time Restrictions on Glasow Road / Milton, Whins of Milton, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate loading and waiting on the grounds of road safety.

This Order will also:-
Introduce a new loading bay on the following section of road: Milton, Whins of Milton, Stirling to facilitate deliveries for the businesses on Milton. Further details can be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Millenium Way, Raploch, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) and (Drip Road and Raploch Road, Raploch, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Weight Restriction - Amendment) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26.
This Order will close:

Millenium Way From its junction with Castle View Road Roundabout to its junction with Kildean
Roundabout from 1900 hours until 0700 hours from 26-6-26 until 5-7-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works. The weight restrictions on Drip Road and
Raploch Road will be suspended for the duration of the works. Please note this is
a change to the previously advertise dates of 14-6-26 - 19-6-26.
Access for emergency services will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: via Drip Road, Raploch Road, Back O’Hill Road, A84 and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Fountain Road, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary No Waiting at Any Time) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26. This Order will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on Fountain Road, Bridge of Allan from 8-6-26 for a period of 18 months. The restriction is required to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Airthrey Road, Causewayhead, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26. This Order will suspend the parking on:-
Airthrey Road On the north-east side of the road in the layby adjacent to No’s 10-14 Airthrey
Road on 22-6-26 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Forthside Way, Stirling) (20mph Temporary Speed Limit) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26. This Order will introduce a temporary 20mph speed limit zone on Forthside Way, Stirling from 8-6-26 for a period of 12 months on the grounds of road safety following the construction of a new active travel route.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Abercromby Drive, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Suspension of Parking - Extension) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 29-5-26.
This Order will suspend the parking on:-

Abercromby Drive On the south-westerly side of the road from a point 4 metres north-west of the
north-west gable end of the property known as Whitegables in a south-easterly
direction for a distance of 200 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until
1700 hours from 16-6-26 until 19-6-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
