C43B - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C43B Flushing to Inverugie Road – 08.06.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The order will operate from 08.06.26 for 12 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C43B Flushing to Inverugie Road from the A950 to the U44B. Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during service investigations. An alternative route is available via the C43B, C5B, C39B, A950 and vice versa.
