The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Guineaport Road, Fernleigh Lane, Wadebridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Wadebridge.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd July 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Guineaport Road from junction with Fernleigh Road to junction with Southern Way, Fernleigh Lane from junction with Guineaport Road to the rear of No 1 Glencoe Terrace, Wadebridge.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being Priory Road, Bodmin between grid references SX 08601 66315 and SX 08242 66500 for approximately 350 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed to support construction traffic for development.
The Order will come into operation on 29th June 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st December 2026.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mevagissey.
This prohibition is necessary for works for new service connection and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd July 2026 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Roads affected - Portmellon Road, Road From Bodrugan Hill To Portmellon Road, Mevagissey from junction with Penwarne Lane to junction with Rising Sun Lane. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st June 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Boscastle.
This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th June 2026 to 20th June 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Minster Road To Tregatherall Lane, Lesnewth, Boscastle between the junction with Minster Road and grid reference SX 12135 90460. An alternative route will be signed on site.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Breward.
This prohibition is necessary for fibre overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd July 2026, for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Wenford Bridge To Higher Lank, Wenford Bridge, St Breward for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site.
