Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackmore Road, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 305m south west of its junction with Wenlocks Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGSHKL0N – Openreach). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Blackmore Road, Ongar Road, Nine Ashes Road, Blackmore Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10th June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Blackmore Road, Blackmore) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackmore Road, Blackmore in the Borough of Brentwood from a point approximately 75m south west of its junction with Meadow Rise for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGNVP60N – Openreach Ltd).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chivers Road, Stondon Massey in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 125m south east of its junction with Clapgate West for a distance of approximately 20m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGNVT47X – Openreach Ltd). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

(Cornwall Road, Pilgrims Hatch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cornwall Road, Pilgrims Hatch in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Gloucester Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a south easterly direction and from its junction with Balmoral Road for a distance of approximately 85m in a northerly then north easterly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th June 2026 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2399541 – Essex County Council). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Balmoral Road, Gloucester Road and vice versa.

(Crow Green Road, Pilgrims Hatch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crow Green Road, Pilgrims Hatch in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Days Lane to its other junction with Days Lane, a distance of approximately 55m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGSVTJ3F – Openreach Ltd). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Days Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 10th June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Lane, Mountnessing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Lane, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Padhams Green Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a north easterly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGLJ1G5V – Openreach Ltd). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hay Green Lane, Hook End in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 390m north east of its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 55m in a north easterly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2026 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGQHHJ7X – Openreach Ltd).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Little Warley Hall Lane, Little Warley in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 120m north east of its junction with Rectory Chase for a distance of approximately 45m in a north westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2026 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGSP2G4T – Openreach Ltd). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

(Mascalls Lane, Great Warley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mascalls Lane, Great Warley in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 35m south east of its junction with Great Ropers Lane for a distance of approximatelyin 45m in a south easterly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WGRK267X – Openreach Ltd.

(Snakes Hill, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Snakes Hill, Navestock in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Navestock Side for a distance of approximately 550m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th July 2026 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231014544 – Tilhill Forestry). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by Tilhill Forestry.

(Mill Lane, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, Navestock in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Shonks Mill Road for a distance of approximately 20m in a south westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th June 2026 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410271518 – Affinity Water). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water main repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.

(Ongar Road, Stondon Massey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ongar Road, Stondon Massey in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 1070m north west of the junction with Chivers Road for a distance of approximately 630m in a north westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2026 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30055996935 – UK Power Networks). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Ongar Road, Tipps Cross Lane, Hook End Road, Blackmore Road, Ongar Road, Brentwood Road, Stondon Road, Ongar Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 27th May 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Weald Road, Brentwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Road, Brentwood in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Bardeswell Crescent for a distance of approximately 85m in a north westerly direction. 

The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th June 2026 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02299890482 – A1 Traffic Safety). 

The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while wall rebuilding works are undertaken by A1 Traffic Safety.

An alternative route is available via Weald Road, Coxtie Green Road, Ongar Road, Shenfield Road, Ingrave Road, Queens Road, Kings Road, Weald Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 27th May 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
