NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ONE-WAY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION AND CLEARWAY ORDER

LLANGOLLEN INTERNATIONAL MUSICAL EISTEDDFOD

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 3rd June 2026 to make an Order which will impose temporary road traffic vehicle restrictions as set out in the Schedule below to facilitate the safe movement of traffic.

The Order comes into force on 24th June 2026, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months.

Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod

Lengths of road at Llangollen in the County of Denbigh

Part 1 Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction

Northbound traffic is prohibited. South bound traffic is unaffected upon:-

  1. The entire length of Wharf Hill

  2. Dinbren Road Llangollen; from its junction with Wharf Hill to its junction with Tower Road

  3. The entire length of Tower Road

Part 2 Clearways. No vehicle shall stop or remain at rest upon:-

  1. The entire length of Wharf Hill

  2. Dinbren Road Llangollen; from its junction with Wharf Hill to its junction with Tower Road

  3. The entire length of Tower Road

  4. Abbey Road; from its junction with Green Lane to its junction with Tower Road
