D3455 Mytchett Place Road, Mytchett
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D3455 Mytchett Place Road, Mytchett that is carried by the “Mytchett Place Railway Bridge” and the “Mytchett Place Canal Bridge”, and for a distance of 50m either side.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out traffic signal refurbishment and/or repair and/or maintenance and/or highway works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm, within 8 days of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 22 June 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. No sole access to any property will be affected.
Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained to the point of works via the alternative route:- Mytchett Place Road, Mytchett Lake Road, Mytchett Road and Mytchett Place Road.
D3424 Queen Mary Avenue, D3424 Victoria Avenue and D3424 Edward Avenue, Camberley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 02 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in:- a) The entire length of D3424 Queen Mary Avenue, Camberley. Alternative route:- D3425 Stanhope Road, D3426 Glebeland Road, D3426 Doman Road, D3426 Vale Road and D3424 Victoria Avenue. b) That length of D3424 Victoria Avenue, Camberley that extends from its junction with D3424 Sullivan Road, to its junction with D3424 Alexandra Avenue.
Alternative route:- D3424 Alexandra Avenue, B3411 Frimley Road and D3424 Sullivan Road. c) The entire length of D3424 Edward Avenue, Camberley. Alternative route:- D3424 Victoria Avenue, D3424 Alexandra Avenue and B3411 Frimley Road.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out junction improvements and/or carriageway resurfacing and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in sections, within 2 months of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 06 June 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures, which are anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained via the alternative routes described above. The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the lengths of roads above, or accessible only therefrom may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or preventing the likelihood of such danger arising.
Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.
Park Street (D3514) Camberley
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1), 14(5) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Park Street (D3514) Camberley as extends from its junction with Pembroke Broadway (D3514) to its junction with Princess Way (D3514); and 2. suspend “The Borough of Surrey Heath (Albert Road and Pembroke Broadway) (Traffic Regulation) Order, 1980” and any One-Way Order made or having effect as if made under Sections 82, 83 and/or 84 of the Act insofar as affects Albert Road (D3514) and Princess Way (D3514) to allow them to be used both ways during the works.
This Order is required to enable Merson Group to facilitate sign installation and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences 29 June 2026 for 3 weeks between the hours of 8.00pm and 6.00am.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Fenns Lane (D27) West End
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 02 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Fenns Lane (D27) West End. Alternative Route: Lucas Green Road, Kerria Way, (A322) Guildford Road, and Brentmoor Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate gas mains replacement works for, or on behalf of Cadent Gas.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 10 weeks, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 15 June 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
Sparrow Row (D36) Chobham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 02 June 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Sparrow Row (D36) Chobham.
Alternative Route: Valley End Road, Highams Lane, Windlesham Road, and Woodcock Lane, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate mains water repair works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 17 June 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times. It will not be possible to maintain access through the closure for emergency services, residents and businesses and all vehicular traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route.
The Council are satisfied that, in accordance with Section 3(2)(a) and 3(2)(b) of the Act, vehicular access to and from premises within the length of road above, or accessible only therefrom, may be restricted in order to avoid danger to persons or other traffic using the road and/or for preventing the likelihood of any such danger arising.
