NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Essex County Council is proposing to apply to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for consent to dispose of the following property by virtue of the provisions of the Green Belt (London and Home Counties) Act 1938:
• Land At 81 Fryerning Lane, Ingatestone, CM4 0DF Details of the property, including a site plan indicating its boundaries, have been deposited for public inspection at:
(1) Essex County Council, Chelmsford Library, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford, CM1 1QH

Any objection to the proposed disposal should be sent in writing to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Planning Casework Unit, Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG or by email to pcu@communities.gov.uk before Friday 3rd July 2026 and should state the reasons for such objection.
