NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at A444, Leicester Road, Back Street, Vicarage Street, Bond Street, Nuneaton.
I give notice that Warwickshire County Council has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the A444 Leicester road/Back Street/Bond Street/Regents Street junction improvements comprising demolition of Empire Gym gymnasium (Use Class E), a new four arm roundabout with ancillary changes to highway traffic management systems comprising a bus gate, removal of approximately 420m of one-way system, and installation of toucan crossings on Leicester Road (east), Vicarage Street (south) and the A444 (west) approach as well as cycle path upgrades throughout the area.
