TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2026
Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended because works are being or are proposed to be executed near the length of footway and road specified in the Schedule below.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footway and road specified in the Schedule below and to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the lengths of road specified in the aforementioned schedule.
The Order will come into operation on 10.6.26 and remain in operation for a maximum period of 18 months.
SCHEDULE
Rievaulx Road, Skelton from junction with Bylands Road from 41 Hollybush and 1 Rievaulx Road, Skelton. Hollybush, Skelton from junction with Bylands Road, Skelton.
Rolling Footway Closures from outside 1 to 37 Rievaulx Road, from outside number 41 to 53 Hollybush, from outside number 2 to 78 Jervaulx Road, Byland Road from the side of Skelton Health Centre to the side of number 9 Whitby Close, and footpath at the side of 39 Byland Road (chip shop), Skelton.
