TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER – WALPOLE ROAD, BRIGHTON
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the DATE made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-
(a) The temporary suspension of the loading bay on Walpole Road, Brighton, on the eastern kerb line, at the southern most point of Walpole Road, for it's entire length.
(b) The temporary suspension of one Permit holders H or pay by phone 9am - 8pm parking bay, on the eastern kerb line, directly adjacent to the loading bay, at the southern most point of Walpole Road
- The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out development works of the Convent Boarding House for Brighton College.
- This Order comes into force on 3 June 2026 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 15 February 2028.
