Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that St Austell Brewery Company Ltd in respect of Premises known as Masons Arms, 9 Market Place, Camelford, Cornwall, PL32 9PB applied to Cornwall Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to extend the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday until 0100 Monday to Sunday; all regulated entertainment outdoors from 1200 to 2300 only; to add Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 2300 to 0100 the following morning; opening hours to be extended Monday to Sunday until 0200 the following morning; to remove conditions covered under separate legislation or no longer required; all other licensable activities, hours and conditions to remain as existing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, email to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY, no later than 18th June 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
