WYRE BOROUGH COUNCIL
VARIATION TO OPERATOR AND VEHICLE LICENCE FEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wyre Borough Council, in pursuance of the powers contained in Section 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, intends to vary the fees for Vehicle Licences and Private Hire Operators licences as follows:
Hackney Carriage Vehicle (1 year) £209,
Private Hire Vehicle (1 year) £180,
PHO licence (5 years) £601.
A copy of this notice is available for inspection at all reasonable hours at the Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton le Fylde, FY6 7PU. Any objection to these proposals must be made in writing before Friday 26 June 2026. If no objections are received, the proposed variation will be effective from Monday 29 June 2026.
