The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to introduce 24 hr waiting restrictions on Ashburnham Gdns, Ashburnham Rd, Station Rd, and Whitehead Gro.
Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/edinburgh-city, from 29/05/26 to 19/06/26 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference Tro/25/59 or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference Tro/25/59 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 19/06/26. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
