MARR NORTH - TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Marr North Surface Dressing Works – 01.06.26) (Temporary Traffic Management) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. A rolling programme of surface dressing works at the sites detailed below will be carried out from 01.06.26 until 31.07.26. A road closure will operate during surface dressing application, with a 20mph speed limit (with 40mph transitional zone as applicable) during preparatory works and post application aftercare and lining and studding works. It is not possible to provide exact dates for each site, however the restrictions will only be in force when signs indicative of the closure/ speed limits are displayed at the location.

Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
