Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, wedi gwneud gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw berson (gyda eithriad i unrhyw gontractiwr sydd angen mynd at neu o’r gwaith ac unrhyw gerddwyr sydd angen mynediad i unrhyw adeiladau wedi ei lleoli ar neu gyferbyn ir llwybr ceffylau cyhoeddus) rhag defnyddio llwybr ceffylau cyhoeddus 8 Brymbo yn dechrau o Ffordd Coed y Felin yn SJ 2958 5414 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i’r dwyrain-gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 185 metr i Holland Road yn SJ 2975 5421. Caeir y llwybr hwn er diogelwch y cyhoedd er mwyn caniatáu i waith cynnal a chadw gael ei wneud i bont y rheilffordd. Nid oes llwybr amgen addas. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 08 Mehefin 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod o 6 mis, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau’n gynharach, heb fod yn hirach na 6 mis.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER SECTION 14 ROAD TRAFFIC
REGULATION ACT 1984 WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(BRYMBO PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY 8)
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order which prohibits any person (with the exception of any contractor necessarily proceeding to or from the said works and any pedestrians requiring access to any premises situated on or adjacent to the public bridleway) from proceeding along Brymbo public bridleway 8 commencing from Coed y Felin Road at SJ 2958 5414 and continuing generally east-north-east for approximately 185 metres to Holland Road at SJ 2975 5421. The closure is being made in the interests of public safety whilst maintenance works are being carried out to the railway bridge. There is no suitable alternative route. The Order will come into force on 08 June 2026 and will continue in force for a period of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum duration of 6 months.
