What is happening?
CITY OF STOKE-ON-TRENT (TRAFFIC REGULATION) (RED ROUTE No.1) (NO.13) ORDER, 2018 (Amendment No.2/2026)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 32, 35 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of this Order is as follows:-
1. To Introduce a Bus Stop Clearway in Waterloo Road from a point 34 metres north-west of its junction with Remer Street to a point 50 metres northwest of its junction with Remer Street
2. To introduce No Stopping at Any Time Mon-Sat except for loading for 30mins, between the hours of 9:30am-4pm & 6pm- 7.30am in Waterloo Road from a point 13 metres north west of Remer Street to a point 23 metres north west of Remer Street.
Full details of these proposals are contained in draft Orders which, together with maps showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make this Order, may be examined at https://stoke.traffweb.app/traffweb/3/Public Consultation.
