DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2, 4 a 124 a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a phob pŵer galluogi arall, a'i effaith fydd:
1. Amrywio'r Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig sydd wedi'i bennu yn Atodlen 1.
2. Cyflwyno'r cyfyngiadau aros sydd wedi'u nodi yn Atodlen 2.

1. Dylid amrywio Gorchymyn “Cyfyngiad Aros (Rhan 2), Amrywiol Leoliadau, Llanilltud Faerdref, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf, 2016” trwy ddileu eitemau (a) a (g) o’r atodlen.
ATODLEN 2 – Gwahardd Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg
1. Ochr dde-ddwyreiniol Ffordd Llantrisant, o ochr ddwyreiniol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Ystad Ddiwydiannol y Drenewydd tua'r gogledd am 16 metr.
2. Ochr dde-ddwyreiniol Ffordd Llantrisant, o bwynt 50 metr o ochr ddwyreiniol ei chyffordd â'r ffordd fynediad sy'n arwain at Ystad Ddiwydiannol y Drenewydd, tua'r gogledd-orllewin am bellter o 28 metr.
3. Ochr ogledd-orllewinol Ffordd Llantrisant, o bwynt 1 metr i'r de-orllewin o ffin eiddo mwyaf gogleddol 10 Teras Gwynfryn, tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain am bellter o 102 metr.

(VARIATION AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and 124 Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:
1. Vary the Traffic Regulation Order specified in Schedule 1
2. Introduce Waiting Restrictions as specified in Schedule 2
A copy of the relevant documents may be inspected by appointment at the Principal Offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH, at Church Village Library, Garth Olwg Community Campus, Off St Illtyd’s Road, Church Village, Pontypridd, CF38 1RQ or online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk
Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Floor 2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH or by email on trafficservices@rctcbc.gov.uk by 24th June 2026
SCHEDULE 1 – Variations
1. The “Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council Various Locations, Llantwit Fardre Waiting Restriction (Part 2) Order 2016” should be varied by the deletion of items (a) & (g) of the schedule
SCHEDULE 2 – Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
1. Southeast side of Llantrisant Road, from the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Newtown Industrial Estate, northwards for 16 metres
2. Southeast side of Llantrisant Road, from a point 50 metres from the eastern side of its junction with the access road leading to Newtown Industrial Estate, north-westwards for a distance of 28 metres
3. Northwestern side of Llantrisant Road, from a point 1 metre southwest of the northernmost property boundary of no. 10 Gwynfryn Terrace, north-eastwards for a distance of 102 metres
