THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 

(OLD HALL LANE AND STOCKS FOLD, EAST MARKHAM) 
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (1341)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at East Markham in the Bassetlaw District:

1. Proposed prohibition of Waiting At Any Time along the
following lengths of road: -
OLD HALL LANE, EAST MARKHAM (south-east side) • From a point 10 metres south-west of its junction with Stocks Fold in a north-easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.

STOCKS FOLD, EAST MARKHAM (both sides) • From its junction with Old Hall Lane in a south-easterly direction for 10 metres.

The proposals are designed to prevent parking at the junction which is causing issues with visibility.
