LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980, SCHEDULE 23 PART V
LETTING OF OPEN SPACE LAND – NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland is considering granting a lease and licence agreement of circa 5.28 acres and 0.88 acres respectively of land at Roberts Street, Grangetown.
A plan identifying the area of land edged red in respect of the lease and edged blue in respect of the licence is on deposit at South Bank Library, Normanby Road, TS6 6TD and may be examined there during normal office hours. Any objections to the proposed agreement should be made in writing to the Strategic Assets Manager, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Strategic Assets, Redcar & Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT before Tuesday 23rd June 2026.
