DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a fydd yn para chwe mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd ac o ganlyniad i gyflwr y wal gynnal sy’n cynnal y tir uwchben y llwybr troed.

Llwybr Troed 26 Aberdâr – gan ddechrau ger Maes Parcio Glofa’r Gadlys (Cyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SN99860261), mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r gorllewin i ddiwedd y llwybr ym mehn deheuol Oakhill Cottage, Rhodfa’r Dwyrain, Aberdâr, CF44 8AS (SN99790263)
Llwybr amgen – dylai cerddwyr ddefnyddio rhwydwaith presennol y priffyrdd tra bod y gwaith yn cael ei gynnal.
Fydd DIM mynediad ar gael ar gyfer cerbydau'r gwasanaethau brys, cerddwyr nac i gyrraedd eiddo.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH 26 ABERDARE)
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will have a maximum duration of six months.
The closure is necessary in the interests of public safety due to the condition of the retaining wall supporting the land above the footpath.
Temporary Footpath Closure
Footpath 26 Aberdare – commencing near Gadlys Tip Car Park (National Grid Reference SN99860261), at the route proceeds westwards to its termination at the southern end of Oakhill Cottage, East Avenue, Aberdare, CF44 8AS (SN99790263)
Alternative Route – pedestrians are advised to use the existing highway network
Access WILL NOT be maintained for emergency services, pedestrians or to premises
The closure is expected to be in operation during the following dates, or until such time as the works have been completed
• Full closure 15th June – 15th December 2026
