(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/67
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate footway improvement works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of (i) Belford Rd from the extended north-east building line of No. 4 Belford Ter (Belford Rd), north-eastwards to 70m north-east of the extended south-west kerbline of Douglas Gdns; and (ii) Douglas Gdns, from the extended south-east kerbline of Belford Rd, south-eastwards to the extended south-east building line of No. 1 Douglas Gdns. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described. The Order shall have effect from 01/06/26 to 09/08/26.
