The Isle of Wight Council (Hillis Gate Road, Northwood, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure) Order No 1 2026

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Monday 08 June 2026, and Friday 12 June 2026, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Hillis Gate Road, Northwood. The Isle of Wight Council (Fitzroy Street, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Parking Restriction) Order No 2 2026

The Isle of Wight Council (Various Streets, Isle of Wight) (Temporary No Waiting at Any Time Parking Restriction) Order No 2 2026

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between either 0600 and 1800 hours or 1800 and 0600 hours, for approx 1–15 days, between Friday 29 May 2026 and Friday 10 July 2026, or when the works has been completed, a ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ parking restriction will be introduced, on both sides of the road, along a) The Fairway, Lake, for its entire length; b) Station Approach, Lake, for its entire length; c) Perowne Way, Sandown, for its entire length. The Isle of Wight Council (St James Street, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Temporary Revocation of One-Way Restriction) Order No 2 2026

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0900 hours on Monday 01 June 2026 until 1800 hours on Wednesday 03 June 2026, or when the works has been completed, St James Street, Yarmouth will be closed for its entire length. The Temporary Revocation of One-Way Restriction will be in place from 0900 hours on Monday 01 June 2026 until 1800 hours on Wednesday 03 June 2026, or when the works has been completed, the one-way restriction will be revoked along James Street, Yarmouth for its entire length. On-street signage will depict the exact length of the revocation. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The restriction is required for utility works.

The Isle of Wight Council (High Street, Yarmouth, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Reversal of One-Way Restriction) Order No 1 2026

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between either 0600 and 1800 hours or 1800 and 0600 hours, for approx. 1–15 days, between Friday 29 May 2026 and Friday 10 July 2026, or when the works has been completed, the one-way restriction will be Reversed between its junction with St James Square and its junction with South Street in an Easterly direction. On-street signage will depict the exact length of the Reversal. The restriction is required for works in the area for Footway Resurfacing.

The Isle of Wight Council (Various streets, Sandown, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Road Closure and Temporary Highway Clearway Order) Order No 1 2026

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 0800 hours on Monday 01 June 2026 until 1500 hours on Wednesday 03 June 2026, or when the works have been completed, Broadway, Sandown will be closed for its entire length. On-street signage will depict the exact length of the closure. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The restriction is required for utility works.

And there will be a Highway Clearway Order implemented on both sides of the road on A) The Fairway, Sandown for its entire length. B) Perowne Way, Sandown for its entire length. On-street signage will depict the exact length of the Clearway Order. This Order is in the interests of road and pedestrian safety during utility works.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 29 May 2026 and Friday 26 July 2026 the following roads will have a Temporary 30 mph Speed Restriction at all times for a period of approximately 45 days within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable carriageway maintenance, lining and investigation work, and any associated prep works, to be undertaken. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads: and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road were indicated by traffic signs. These works may include carriageway and footway reconstruction, resurfacing works, reflective stud work and lining works. In some cases, it may be necessary to close sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and on street advanced warning signs before the scheme commences.
