Gorchymyn Addasu Map Diffiniol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Llwybrau Cyhoeddus 36 a 37 Eclusham Islaw yng Nghymuned Esclusham) 2025
Cadarnhawyd y Gorchymyn a enwir uchod, a wnaed ar 14 Hydref 2025 dan adran 53 Deddf Bywyd Gwyllt a Chefn Gwlad 1981, heb ei addasu gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam ar 07 Ebrill 2026. Diben y Gorchymyn fel a gadarnhawyd yw addasu'r Map Diffiniol a'r Datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal trwy ychwanegu'r canlynol iddynt:
llwybr cyhoeddus sy'n dechrau o gyffordd â llwybr troed 1 Esclws Islaw yn SJ 3074 4870 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i'r gorllewin de-orllewin ar hyd gwely trac y rheilffordd sydd wedi'i datgymalu am tua 945 metr hyd at bwynt heb fod yn bell o bont reilffordd gul yn SJ 2986 4841. Yna, mae'r llwybr yn mynd i lawr ochr y gogledd a'r ochr arglawdd i gwrdd â llwybr cyhoeddus 1 Esclws Uwchlaw yn SJ 2985 4842 a SJ 2986 4839;
llwybr cyhoeddus sy'n dechrau o lwybr cyhoeddus 36 Esclws Islaw yn SJ 3028 4863 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i'r dwyrain de-ddwyrain i lawr ar draws llethr arglawdd y rheilffordd sydd wedi'i datgymalu am tua 40 metr i gwrdd â'r ffordd sirol ddi-ddosbarth, yn gyfagos i ategwaith de-orllewinol y bont reilffordd yn SJ 3032 4862.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn a gadarnhawyd a Map y Gorchymyn wedi'u gosod a gellir eu gweld am ddim yn Swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, LL11 1AY rhwng 9.30am a 4.30pm, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Gellir cael copïau o'r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim o'r cyfeiriad.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 07 Ebrill 2026, ond os yw unrhyw berson sy'n anfodlon â'r Gorchymyn am gwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth ynddi ynddo, ar y sail nad ydynt yn unol â phwerau Deddf Bywyd Gwyllt a Chefn Gwlad 1981, neu ar y sail nas cydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf neu unrhyw reolau a wnaed dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas â'r Gorchymyn, gall ef neu hi, o dan baragraff 12 Atodlen 15 i'r Ddeddf, o fewn 42 diwrnod o 29 Mai 2026, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER. SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981. THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM
Wrexham County Borough Council (Esclusham Below Public Footpaths 36 and 37 in the Community of Esclusham) Definitive Map Modification Order 2025
The above named Order made on 14 October 2025 under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 was confirmed without modification by Wrexham County Borough Council on 07 April 2026. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them:
a public footpath commencing from a junction with Esclusham Below footpath 1 at SJ 3074 4870 and continuing generally west south-west along the track bed of a disused railway line for approximately 945 metres to a point just short of a missing railway bridge at SJ 2986 4841. The path then forks down both the north side and south side of the embankment to meet Esclusham Above public footpath 1 at SJ 2985 4842 and SJ 2986 4839;
a public footpath commencing from Esclusham Below public footpath 36 at SJ 3028 4863 and continuing generally east south-east down across the slope of the dismantled railway embankment for approximately 40 metres to meet the unclassified county road, adjacent to the south western abutment of the railway bridge at SJ 3032 4862
A copy of the confirmed Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the Offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge from the same address.
The Order came into effect on 07 April 2026, but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 12 of Schedule 15 to the Act, within 42 days from 29 May 2026 make an application to the High Court.
