This Order is required to facilitate bridge inspection works for, or on behalf of Amey Consulting South East Anglia.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 nights, between the hours of 10pm and 6am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 June 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.

On 22 May 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Woodfield Lane (D2613) Ashtead as extends from its junction with Woodfield Road (D2568) and its junction with Woodfield Lane (D2641) as leads to St Stephens Avenue.
There is no alternative route for this closure.
This Order is required to enable Network Rail to facilitate level crossing maintenance and associated works.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 22 May 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in:-
(a) that length of Kings Cross Lane (D318) South Nutfield as extends from its junction with Mid Street (D384) and its junction with The Avenue (D383) and (b) the entire length of The Avenue (D383) South Nutfield.
Alternative route – (a) Kings Cross Lane, Kings Mill Lane, Masons Bridge Road, Axes Lane, Green Lane, Prince of Wales Road, Moats Lane and Crab Hill Lane, or this route in reverse. (b) The Avenue, Mid Street and Kings Cross Lane, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable SGN to facilitate gas main replacement and associated works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 10 June 2026 in 2 phases between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. (a) is anticipated to commence on 10 June 2026 for 1 month.
(b) is anticipated to commence on 15 June 2026 for 2 months.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services and residents will be maintained either side of but not through the works site.

On 22 May 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hitchings Way (D383) Reigate as extends from its junction with Sandcross Lane (D1298) to the access for 77 Hitchings Way.
Alternative route – Sandcross Lane, Barons Way, Hartswood Avenue, Matthews Street and Hitchings Way, or this route in reverse.
Hitchings Way, Sandcross Lane, A217 (Dovers Green Road) and Castle Drive, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Thames Water to facilitate main installation and associated works.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 22 May 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
(a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Punchbowl Lane (D2857) Dorking as extends from its junction with Reigate Road (A25) to its junction with Overdale (D2857); and
(b) suspend “The Surrey County Council Punchbowl Lane (D2857) and Overdale (D2857) Dorking Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025” insofar as it relates to the length of carriageway described in (a).
Alternative route – Punchbowl Lane, Chart Lane South, A24 (Deepdene Avenue) and A25 (Reigate Road), or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Cable Connections Ltd to facilitate EV charger installation and associated works.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 22 May 2026, Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Woodhurst Lane (D424) Oxted northbound as extends from its junction with East Hill (A25) to a point 70 metres south of this junction.
Alternative route – Woodhurst Lane, Hurst Green Road, Greenhurst Lane, Hurstlands, Wolfs Hill, Wolfs Row and A25 (Westerham Road and East Hill).
This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate refurbishment of traffic signals and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 1 June 2026 for 1 month.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.
D804 Woodhurst Park, Oxted
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 27 May 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of D804 Woodhurst Park, Oxted that extends from the southern side of its junction with D804 Wilderness Road, southwards for a distance of 30m.
This Traffic Order is required to enable BT Openreach to carry out telegraph pole replacement and/ or cabling and/or maintenance works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 5pm within 2 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 08 June 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
There is no applicable alternative route however access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times under direction of site operatives.
A25 East Hill, Oxted and D424 Woodhurst Lane, Oxted
Temporary Traffic Measures Order 2026
On 27 May 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to:- (a) impose a southbound one-way on traffic proceeding on D424 Woodhurst Lane, Oxted which extends from its junction with East Hill to its junction with Woodland Rise;
(b) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding on the western side of the carriageway (northbound lane) of the length of road specified and described in sub-paragraph (a) above; and
(c) impose a 30mph speed limit in that length of A25 East Hill, Oxted which extends from a point 130m west of its junction with Woodhurst Lane to a point 100m east of the junction with Woodhurst Lane, suspending the Order imposing or having effect as if imposing a 40mph speed limit.
This Order is required to enable Yunex to facilitate traffic signal refurbishment works which is anticipated to be completed within 24 days, between 8am and 5pm, during the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 1 June 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary speed limit, closure and one-way will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
The said restriction shall not apply to vehicles being used for ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes in an emergency; or in relation to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the road by or on behalf of Surrey Police.
For part (c) The speed limit proposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011.
T10021 Townpath – Avenue Road, Caterham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 27 May 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians and/or other traffic proceeding on foot or by any means from entering or proceeding in the entire length of T10021 Townpath – Avenue Road, Caterham, which extends from its junction with Avenue Road to its junction with Oak Road.
This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate pavement reconstruction works and/or major maintenance works which is anticipated to be completed as
soon as possible within the 6 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 4 June 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. No sole means of access to any premises will be affected.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 27 May 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
This Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to facilitate footway slurry works, and/ or carriageway surfacing/treatment works and/or major maintenance works, which is anticipated to be completed as soon as possible within the 18 month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 28 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary restrictions and suspension of the Order will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.

Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Bond Road (D1353) Warlingham as extends from its junction with Farleigh Road (C217) to the access for Hazel Court.
Alternative route – B269 (Limpsfield Road) and Farleigh Road, or this route in reverse.
