ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14
The Council has made an order which will enable Horwich Events to take place on the roads and dates specified. Roads will be closed as listed below:

Winter Hey Lane from St John Street to Lee Lane
HORWICH CHRISTMAS LIGHT SWITCH ON – 04 DECEMBER 2026
That part of Chorley New Road which fronts the Crown Hotel
HORWICH CHRISTMAS MARKETS – 05 DECEMBER 2026
