I give notice that Plasterboard Recycling Group is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for the change of use from commercial buildings to a waste recovery site at Hangar 5, Woodyard Lane, Foston, DE65 5PY.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the South Derbyshire District Council Planning Department, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH (available online at https://planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk during all reasonable until 19 June 2026.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 19 June 2026,
• by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,
• by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk, or
• by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council's website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
