VARIOUS STREETS IN THE BOROUGHNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 27 May 2026 made the following Order under section 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
1.• The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No. 671) Order 2026.
2. The general effect of the Order is: –
(a) to extend the no waiting ‘At Any Time’ restriction (double yellow lines) in the cul-de-sac of the unnamed access road between 200 and 202 Wimbledon Park Road, to prevent parked vehicles obstructing access to the private garages;
(b) to change the existing single yellow line in West Hill Road adjacent to the off-street parking area for the Park Tavern Public House to no waiting ‘At Any Time’ (double yellow lines) to prevent obstructive parking;
(c) to introduce no waiting ‘At Any Time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) in Clairview Road at the junction with Furzedown Road to maintain access and provide a safe passing point for all vehicles.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, which will come into operation on 29 May 2026 are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply for that reason to the High Court.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION – BANK LANE SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Bank Lane to facilitate CSP Ltd parking restrictions for AELTC (Wimbledon)
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, temporary parking restrictions will be introduced along Bank Lane: -
• Outside the Bank of England Sports Centre from the junction with Roehampton Gate to opposite the side of 2a Roedean Crescent
• Opposite the Bank of England Sports Centre from the junction with Roehampton Gate to the junction with Roedean Crescent.
3.There will be no waiting at any time.
4. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
5. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
6. The order will come into operation on 8 June 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 27 June 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – GALVESTON ROAD SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Galveston Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait in Galveston Road at its junction with Upper Richmond Road for four weekends, as follows:

5. The order will come into operation on 13 June 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 5 July 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – THE PLEASANCE SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in The Pleasance to facilitate BT Openreach Telecoms works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along The Pleasance from the junction with Parkstead Road to the junction with Crestway. The southeastern footway will also be closed from the junction with Parkstead Road to the junction with Crestway. There will be no waiting 09:30–17:00.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 8 June 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 8 June 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – ALL SAINTS PASSAGE SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in All Saints Passage to facilitate Electricity utility works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along All Saints Passage from its junction with Wandsworth Plain up to the parking area adjacent to the rear of 22 Wandsworth Plain. The road shall be made two-way from the closure point towards Wandsworth High Street. There shall be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

5. The order will come into operation on 6 June 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 16 June 2026.
