GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A470 (MAENAN, BWRDEISTREF
SIROL CONWY) (GWAHARDD CERBYDAU MAWR DROS DRO) 2026

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A470, neu gerllaw iddi, ym Maenan, Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro gerbydau sy’n 3.0, 3.2 neu 3.65 metr o led neu fwy rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A470 sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â’r fynedfa i’r Maenan Abbey Hotel hyd at ei chyffordd â’r fynedfa i safle gwersylla Erw Las.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd yw mynd ar yr A470 tua’r de i Fetws-y-coed, yr A5 tua’r gogledd-orllewin i Gyffordd 11 yr A55 (Cyfnewidfa Llys y Gwynt), yr A55 tua’r dwyrain i Gyffordd 19 (Glan Conwy) a’r A470 tua’r de: i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sy’n teithio tua’r de.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 1 Mehefin 2026. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol o 07:00 o’r gloch ar 1 Mehefin tan 23:59 o’r gloch ar 31 Gorffennaf 2026, neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol. Bydd yr arwyddion traffig yn dangos pa gyfyngiad ar led cerbydau sydd mewn grym ar unrhyw adeg benodol.

Dim ond yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol.

Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Hysbysiad ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd
