BOROUGH OF TRAFFORD (PUBLIC FOOTPATH STRETFORD MALL) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in order to facilitate construction works to be carried out, Trafford Borough Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, intends to make an Order the effect of which will be to close public footpath Stretford Mall as follows: Public Footpath Stretford Mall- from the north side of Wellington Street, through part of the Stretford Mall shopping centre site to Aldi
The alternative route is via: Wellington Street, Barton Road, Kingsway and vice versa
The Order will come into operation on 22nd June 2026 and will continue until the proposed works have been completed, with a maximum duration of 6 months.
