(DEWAR PLACE) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2026 – TEMP/26/79
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate footway slabbing and kerbing works, no person shall except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on: Dewar Pl (1) (east side) from 3m south of the extended south kerbline of Torphichen St, southwards for 70m; and (2) (west side) from the extended south kerbline of Dewar Pl La, southwards for 30m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described. The Order shall have effect from 01/06/26 to 24/07/26.
