Effaith y gorchymyn fel y’i cadarnhawyd yw dargyfeirio rhan o lwybr troed 51 ym Mrynygroes, Ystradgynlais sy’n rhedeg o’r llwybr sy’n arwain o Coronation Park yn OS SN7860,1048 i SN 7868, 1061 i SN 7868, 1070 i linell sy’n rhedeg o SN 7860, 1048 i SN 7862, 1053 i adael y trac ar draws comin “The Patch” i SN 7869, 1061 i groesi’r ffordd gludo i SN 7870, 1062 ac yna i gwrdd â llwybr ceffylau 75 yn SN 7868, 1070; a hefyd dargyfeirio rhan o lwybr troed 3 sy’n rhedeg o bwynt lle mae’n cwrdd â llwybr troed 51 a llwybr ceffylau 75 yn OSGR SN 7868, 1070 ac yn dilyn mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol i SN 7864, 1088 i linell sy’n rhedeg o SN 7868, 1070 i SN7866, 1084 i SN 7864, 1088 fel y dangosir ar fap y Gorchymyn.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 21 May 2026 ond os yw person sydd wedi‘i dramgwyddo gan y gorchymyn eisiau cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd neu ddilysrwydd unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau’r Ddeddf, neu ar y sail nad yw unrhyw ofyniad o’r Ddeddf neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed oddi tani wedi’i gydymffurfio â hi mewn perthynas â chadarnhau’r Gorchymyn, caiff ef neu hi wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at unrhyw un o’r dibenion hyn o dan Adran 287 o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 o fewn chwe wythnos o’r dyddiad y cyhoeddir yr hysbysiad gyntaf fel sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff 7 o Atodlen 14 i’r Ddeddf honno.

Notice of Confirmation of Public Path

The Powys County Council (Part of Public Footpaths 3 & 51 in the Community of Ystradgynlais) Public Path Diversion Order 2023

On 2 December 2025 the Welsh Ministers confirmed the above Order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert part of footpath 51 at Brynygroes, Ystradgynlais running from the path leading from Coronation Park at OS SN7860,1048 to SN 7868, 1061 to SN 7868, 1070 to a line running from SN 7860, 1048 to SN 7862, 1053 to exit the track across “The Patch” common to SN 7869, 1061 to cross the haul road to SN 7870, 1062 and then to meet bridleway 75 at SN 7868, 1070; and also divert part of footpath 3 running from a point where it meets footpath 51 and bridleway 75 at OSGR SN 7868, 1070 and follows in a north north-westerly direction to SN 7864, 1088 to a line running from SN 7868, 1070 to SN7866, 1084 to SN 7864, 1088 as shown on the Order map.

The Order comes into force on 21 May 2026 but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
