What is happening?

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 501433 FORT LANE (DURSLEY PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 501433 Fort Lane from outside the property known as “Gardener’s Keep” to its junction with Woodmancote for a distance of approximately 153 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for pole works.

The said road is expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 1st June 2026 only or until the said works have been completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 401629 MOORSLADE LANE

(FALFIELD PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 401629 Moorslade Lane Road from outside of the property known as ‘Cedar Haven’ to outside of the property known as ‘Greenways’ for a distance of approximately 450 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Bristol Water Company.

The said road is expected to be closed from 08:00hrs on 15th June 2026 until 17:00hrs on 7th August 2026 only or until the works are completed. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.

Alternative Route: as signed on site. Emergency access will be maintained. Pedestrian access will not be maintained as there is no pedestrian walkway on this section of road. DATED 28th May 2026. TEMPORARY CLOSURE C260 ECHO LANE TO B4060

(STINCHCOMBE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C260 Echo Lane to B4060 Road from its junction with Wick Lane to its junction with B4060 for a distance of approximately 450 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for rectifying defects in the carriageway.

The said road is expected to be closed on 16th June 2026 only.
