Full details, including plans, may be examined at the offices of the Executive Director – Place, Sandwell Council House, Highway Services, Freeth Street, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3DE during normal office hours. The order was made and shall come into operation on 28/05/2026. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the order on the grounds that any aspect of the relevant legislation has not been complied with, can apply to the High Court by 09/07/2026.
