LUMB LANE, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Lumb Lane, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Lumb Lane from its junction with Picton Street to its junction with Green Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Lumb Lane (unaffected section), Carlisle Road, Wheatley Hill, White Abbey Road, Westgate and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 19:00 hours on the 30th of May 2026 and remain in force until 03:00 hours on the 2nd of June 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
