White Hill, Burghclere - Temporary Road Closure due to Tree Maintenance Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – WHITE HILL, BURGHCLERE BASINGSTOKE & DEANE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of White Hill between its junction with Well Street and its junction with Hydes Platt.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Hydes Platt, Sydmonton Road, Well Street.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 26th May 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 11 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
