What is happening?
Hampshire County Council has APPROVED SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS an application for planning permission for:

The application was accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the documents related to the decision on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2025/0677 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application. It is open to a person aggrieved by this decision to apply to challenge it by way of a judicial review. Applications for judicial review are dealt with by the Administrative Court.
Applications for leave to apply for judicial review must be made as soon as possible after the decision in question is made and in any event no later than three months after it.
