TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
MOOR LANE, BOLSOVER
WHEN: 16 June to 17 June 2026 (21:00 to 01:00)
WHERE: Moor Lane, Bolsover at its junction with Huntington Avenue and Sandhills Road.
REASON: To facilitate manhole cover and frame renewal works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Moor Lane Diversion - Moor Lane, Mooracre Lane, Lawson Road, B6417, A632, Portland Avenue and vice versa.
Sandhills Road Diversion – Sandhills Road, Horsehead Lane (Moor Lane diversion) and vice versa. Huntington Avenue Diversion - Huntington Avenue, Portland Road and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
