THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

Bonnywood Avenue Bonnybridge from 07:30 hours on 01/06/26 until 17:00 hours on 12/06/26. The prohibition is to allow carriageway surfacing work to be carried out safely.
1. This Order temporarily closes section of Bonnywood Avenue from its junction with Weatlands Avenue and Ure Crescent
2. Alternative Route is Bonnywood Avenue, Larbert Road, Ure Crescent and vice versa.

Campbell Crescent, Laurieston from 08:00 until 16:00 on 01/06/26. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Campbell Crescent, Laurieston from a point adjacent to Ramsay Avenue in a northerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Ramsay Avenue, Campbell Crescent or vice versa.

Watson Street, Falkirk from 09:30 until 15:30 on 03/06/26. The prohibition is to allow for Telecommunications works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Watson Street, Falkirk from a point adjacent to number 6 in a southerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Watson Street, Meeks Road, Alma Street, George Street, Watson Street or vice versa.

Dalnair Road, Bonnybridge from 00:01 on 04/06/26 until 06:00 on 05/06/26. The prohibition is to allow for Bridge Inspection-Repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Dalnair Road, Bonnybridge from a point adjacent to Woodchip Stables in a southerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Dalnair Road, C15, B816, Dalnair Road or vice versa.

Wallace Crescent, Brightons from 08:00 until 17:00 on 04/06/26. The prohibition is to allow for Telecommunications works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Wallace Crescent, Brightons from a point adjacent to Holmlea Avenue in a westerly direction for approximately 100 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Holmlea Avenue, B805, Wallace Crescent or vice versa.
