(Variation of Charges) Notice 2026

Notice is hereby given that The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling provisions is to vary the charges for parking in car parks by amendment to The Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk (Queen Elizabeth Hospital) (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2024 as specified below. This variation in charges will come into operation on 12 June 2026.

The following amendments are to be made to column 4 and column 5 of
“SCHEDULE 4 – TARIFF TABLE”:
