Harvest Ride - Temporary Right Turn Restriction for Highway Works
What is happening?
BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (HARVEST RIDE, WARFIELD, BRACKNELL) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT HAND TURN) ORDER 2026
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along:
a) Harvest Ride, Bracknell from turning right into Melody Lane, Bracknell
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via: Harvest Ride, Warfield RBT, Harvest Ride, Whitegrove RBT, Maize Lane
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while Taylor Wimpy developers undertake S278 highway works including footway resurfacing
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 03rd August 2026, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place on the 03rd - 14th August 2026
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
