Notice is hereby given that West Suffolk Council in accordance with S35c Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intend to vary the car park charges and maximum stay durations for off-street car parks in Haverhill as specified in this notice. This Notice will come into operation on Monday 15 June 2026.

Statement of Reasons
This variation to the existing Traffic Regulation Order for public car parks in West Suffolk Council area is being made to allow the following provisions:
To allow customers to obtain one hours free parking per day.
