Proposal to prohibit waiting at all times (all days) and between the hours of 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday, on parts of Groveside, Hoylake
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/33
The effect of the Order, if made, will be to;Introduce a prohibition on waiting at any times and on all days and waiting restrictions between 9am and5pm, Monday to Friday, on parts of Groveside, as set out below and to the extents shown on the plan TM/GROVE/TRO/REVA attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
No waiting for vehicles at any time (all days)
• on both sides of Groveside, from its junction with Banks Road, for a distance of 22 metres, in a south westerly direction.
No waiting for vehicles between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• on the southeast side of Groveside, from a point 22 metres southwest of its junction with Banks Road, to its most south westerly extent.
Exemptions:
i. Standard exemptions will apply, including for emergency service vehicles and vehicles being used for statutory undertakings or other necessary purposes.
ii. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may wait in accordance with the provisions of the national Blue Badge scheme guidance.
(F) WIRRAL COUNCIL (WALLASEY AREA) (WAITING, LOADING & PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2007 AMENDMENT NO 1 2026
Proposal to prohibit loading and unloading at all times and on all days, on the existing extents of double yellow lines (No Waiting at any time) at the junction of Hartington Road, Lathom Avenue and Parkfield Drive, Liscard.

The effect of this order, if made, will be to introduce a no loading / unloading prohibition, at all times, on all days at the junction of Hartington Road, Lathom Avenue and Parkfield Drive as set out below and to the extent shown on the plan TM/HARTINGTON/TRO attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The amendment to schedule 3 of the Wirral Council (Wallasey Area) (Waiting, Loading & Parking Places) Order, 2007 by the introduction of a prohibition of loading or unloading for vehicles at any time on; Hartington Road (Both Sides), from the junction with Parkfield Drive in a south westerly direction for a distance of 3 metres, Lathom Avenue (Northwest side) from the junction with Parkfield Drive in a north easterly direction for a distance of 5 metres, Lathom Avenue (Southeast side) from the junction with Parkfield Drive in a north easterly direction for a distance of 2 metres, Parkfield Drive (southwest side) from a point 4 metres north west of the junction with Hartington Road in a south easterly direction for a distance of 21 metres and Parkfield Drive (Northeast side) from a point 7 metres north west of the junction with Lathom Avenue in a south easterly direction for a distance of 23 metres.
The usual exemptions contained within the parent Order will apply, including those relating to vehicles being used for emergency services, statutory undertakers, and other necessary purposes.
Blue badge holders are not exempt.
(G) WIRRAL BOROUGH COUNCIL (HAZEL ROAD / CHAPEL ROAD, HOYLAKE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
Proposal to prohibit waiting at all times and on all days, on parts of Hazel Road and Chapel Road
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/34
The effect of this order, if made, will be to introduce a no waiting restriction operating at all times and on all days, in the form of double yellow lines, on the junction of Hazel Road and Chapel Road, Hoylake, as set out below and to the extent shown on the plan TM/HAZEL/TRO attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The introduction of no waiting for vehicles at any time and on any day on;
Chapel Road (Both Sides) between a point 5 metres north west and a point 5 metres south east, of its junction with Hazel Road and on Hazel Road (Both Sides) from the junction with Chapel Road for a distance of 5 metres, in a south westerly direction.
Exemptions:
i. Standard exemptions will apply, including for emergency service vehicles and vehicles being used for statutory undertakings or other necessary purposes.
ii. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may wait in accordance with the provisions of the national Blue Badge scheme guidance.
(H) WIRRAL BOROUGH COUNCIL (PINE AVENUE, BEBINGTON) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
Proposal to prohibit waiting at all times and on all days, on part of Pine Avenue
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/35
The effect of the order, if made, will be to introduce a no waiting restriction operating at all times and on all days, in the form of double yellow lines, on the sharp lefthand bend in Pine Avenue, as set out below and to the extent shown on the plan TM/PINEAVE/TRO attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The introduction of no waiting for vehicles at any time and on any day on;
Pine Avenue (Both Sides) between a point 63 metres northeast of its junction with Holly Avenue and a point 84 metres northeast of its junction with Firs Avenue
Exemptions:
i. Standard exemptions will apply, including for emergency service vehicles and vehicles being used for statutory undertakings or other necessary purposes.
ii. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may wait in accordance with the provisions of the national Blue Badge scheme guidance.
(J) WIRRAL BOROUGH COUNCIL (SEAVIEW / GOVERNMENT ROAD / TRINITY ROAD, HOYLAKE) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
Proposal to prohibit waiting at all times and on all days, on the junctions of Seaview with Government Road and Trinity Road, Hoylake
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/37
The effect of this order, if made, will be to introduce a no waiting restriction operating at all times and on all days, in the form of double yellow lines, on the junctions of Seaview Road with Government Road and Trinity Road, Hoylake, as set out below and to the extent shown on the plan TM/GOVERN/TRO/REVA attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The introduction of no waiting for vehicles at any time and on any day on;
Seaview (Both Sides) From its junction with Government Road for a distance of 5 metres, in a north easterly direction and From its junction with Trinity Road for a distance of 5 metres, in a south westerly direction, Government Road (Northeast side), between a point 5 metres north west and a point 5 metres south east of its junction with Seaview and Trinity Road (Southwest side) between a point 5 metres north west and a point 5 metres south east of its junction with Seaview.
Exemptions:
i. Standard exemptions will apply, including for emergency service vehicles and vehicles being used for statutory undertakings or other necessary purposes.
ii. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may wait in accordance with the provisions of the national Blue Badge scheme guidance.
(K) WIRRAL BOROUGH COUNCIL (WOODWARD ROAD AREA, ROCK FERRY) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026
Proposal to prohibit waiting at all times and on all days, on parts of Woodward Road, Hassal Road, Courtney Road, Coulthard Road and Power Road, Rock Ferry.
SCHEME REF NO. TO/25/38
The effect of this order, if made, is to introduce a no waiting restriction operating at all times and on all days, in the form of double yellow lines, on parts of Woodward Road, Hassal Road, Courtney Road, Coulthard Road and Power Road, Rock Ferry as set out below and to the extent shown on the plan TM/WOOD/TRO/REVA attached to the draft Order. The plan is provided for the purposes of identifying the location and extents of the proposal and is referred to by a plan number for ease of reference.
PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS
The introduction of no waiting for vehicles at any time and on any day on;
Woodward Road (Both Sides) from a point 29 metres southeast of its junction with Woodin Road, for a distance of 22 metres along the centreline, following the kerb lines in a southerly and then an easterly direction, Woodward Road (Southeast side) from a point 29 metres southeast of its junction with Woodin Road, for a distance of 23 metres along the centreline, following the kerb lines in a southerly and then a westerly direction, Woodward Road (Northeast to the southeast side) from a point 33 metres northwest of its junction with Power Road, for a distance of 26 metres along the centreline, following the kerb lines in a northerly and then an easterly direction, Hassal Road (Southwest side) between a point 9 metres northwest and 10 metres southeast of its junction with Courtney Road, Courtney Road (Both sides) from its junction with Hassal Road for a distance of 5 metres, in a south westerly direction & from its junction with Coulthard Road for a distance of 5 metres, in a north easterly direction, Coulthard Road (Northeast side) between a point 10 metres northwest and 10 metres southeast of its junction with Courtney Road, Coulthard Road (Both Sides) from its junction with Power Road for a distance of 10 metres, in a south easterly direction and Power Road (Southeast side) between a point 10 metres southwest and 10 metres northeast of its junction with Coulthard Road
Exemptions:
i. Standard exemptions will apply, including for emergency service vehicles and vehicles being used for statutory undertakings or other necessary purposes.
ii. Vehicles displaying a valid disabled person’s badge may wait in accordance with the provisions of the national Blue Badge scheme guidance.

The above documents are deposited and available for inspection by visiting the licencing department, at the Councils Principal Office: Wallasey Town Hall, Brighton St, Wallasey CH44 8ED between 9.30am & 12pm and 2pm & 4pm, Monday to Friday, quoting the above scheme reference.
Any person wishing to object or make representations on the proposed Order, or to any provision contained in it, may do so in writing, either by email trafficschemefeedback@wirral.gov.uk or by sending a written statement, stating the grounds on which the objection or representation is made to Senior Network Manager, Neighbourhood Services, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH27 8ED quoting the scheme reference number and location, or alternatively online at www.wirral.gov.uk/highways (“Submit comments, questions or objections about new highway schemes in Wirral”) quoting the scheme reference number.
All objections and representations must be received no later than 17th of June 2026 being not less than 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
