The Order will come into operation on the 1st June 2026 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on Wednesday 1st April 2026. The effect of the Order being as stated in the said notice. Copies of the Order and map relative thereto are available for inspection on the Tell me Scotland Website for 6 weeks from the 13th May 2026 Ref (TRO 1008).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the 13th May 2026, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
