Cynlluniau arfaethedig i ddarparu a chael gwared ar fannau parcio i bobl anabl mewn amryw o leoliadau ym Mwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili ('y Cyngor'), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ('Deddf 1984') a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 ('Deddf 2004') a'r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar 61 ymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol a Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cydgrynhoi (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy wneud y canlynol: 

a) cyfyngu ar barcio ar y stryd i ddeiliaid bathodyn glas yn unig, mewn cilfach wedil marcio'n glir ar y briffordd yng nghyffiniau'r eiddo a nodir isod: 
• Rhwng 15 a 21 Bryntirion, Bedwas 
• 4 Salisbury Street, Crosskeys 
• 42 Waunfawr Gardens, Crosskeys 
• 2 Greenfield Terrace, Trinant 
• 13 Powell's Terrace, Tredegar Newydd 
• 17 Ebbw View Terrace, Trecelyn 
• 5 Mount Pleasant Road, Rhisga 
• 45 Ty-Isaf Park Avenue, Rhisga 
• 8Wedgewood Court, Caerffili 

b) a dileu'r gorchymyn parcio presennol yn achos deiliaid bathodyn glas yn unig, yng nghyffiniau'r eiddo a nodir isod: 
• 30 Upper Francis Street, Abertridwr 
• 14 Coronation Street, Tretomos 
• 16 Thomas Street, Gilfach 
• 78 Almond Avenue, Rhisga

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 43) 2026 

Proposed Provision and Removal to Disabled Persons Parking Places at Various locations within Caerphilly County Borough 

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the'Council') in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the'1984 Act') and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the'2004'Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by: 

a) restricting on-street parking for blue badge holders only, in a clearly marked out bay on the highway in the vicinity of the properties indicated below: 
• Between 15 - 21 Bryntirion, Bedwas 
• 4 Salisbury Street, Crosskeys 
• 42 Waunfawr Gardens, Crosskeys 
• 2 Greenfield Terrace, Trinant. 
• 13 Powell's Terrace, New Tredegar 
• 17 Ebbw View Terrace, Newbridge 
• 5 Mount Pleasant Road, Risca 
• 45 Ty-Isaf Park Avenue, Risca 
• 8Wedgewood Court, Caerphilly 

b) and to remove the existing parking order for blue badge holders only, in the vicinity of the properties indicated below: 
• 30 Upper Francis Street, Abertridwr 
• 14 Coronation Street, Trethomas 
• 16 Thomas Street, Gilfach 
• 78 Almond Avenue, Risca 

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulations Orders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 27 May 2026 to 18 June 2026 quoting reference SCF/5013318.
