NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND 261 TEMPORARY DIVERSION OF PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 7 EAGLE PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above Order was made by Lincolnshire County Council on 8 May 2026. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily divert the whole width of part of Public Footpath No.7 running from OSGR SK 8772 6642 to OSGR SK 8773 6614. The total length of diverted footpath is 290m as shown from A-B on the order plan TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Eagle at a varying width of between 1.5m and 2m running from OSGR SK 8772 6642 to OSGR SK 8753 6613 to OSGR SK 8762 6607 to OSGR SK 8769 6615 to OSGR SK 8773 6614. The total length of added footpath is 620 metres as shown between points A-C-D-E-B on the order plan

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Legal Services Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire County Council, 45-49 Newland, Lincoln, LN1 1YS marked for the attention of Sally Ironmonger and quoting reference SXI. 77518.EAGLE or e-mail: sally.ironmonger@lincolnshire.gov.uk not later than 26 June 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn the Lincolnshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
