NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport has made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which introduced a Temporary Prohibition of Driving at Temporary Prohibition of Driving at Keswick Road, Heaton Chapel - full extent. Diversion via Carnforth Road, Broadstone Hall Road North, Broadstone Road, Keswick Road, and vice versa.

This Order is necessary to allow road repair works to take place. It is estimated these works will last up to 3 weeks.
This Order will come into operation on 22 May 2026 and will have effect for eighteen months, provided that if all necessary works are completed within a shorter period this Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Ref: JO/16094708/02
