NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to dispose of land forming part of an open space to Mona Patel. The land is described in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the land may be viewed on the Council’s website or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: legalhelpdesk@tandridge.gov.uk.
Any representations or objections on the intended disposal must be made in writing for the attention of Charlotte Taylor, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: ctaylor@ tandridge.gov.uk quoting reference CT/LEGAL/6631 to be received no later than 5pm on 11th June 2026.
