Bydd Gorchymyn Ffordd Fynediad Gwaith Dur yr A4810 (Queen’s Way) (Llan-wern, Casnewydd) (Tyrfannau Cyflymder Dros Dro a Chliffordd) 2024 yn cael ei ddiwygio gan y Gorchymyn arfaethedig.

Y darn hwnnw o’r ffordd fynediad tua’r dwyrain a tua’r gorllewin sy’n ymestyn o ochr ddwyreiniol cylchfan yr A4810 â Baldwin Drive hyd at bwynt 50 metr i’r gorllewin o ganol Cyffordd Comin Broad Street, sef cyfanswm pellter o 5 cilometr.

THE A4810 STEELWORKS ACCESS ROAD (QUEEN’S WAY) (LLANWERN, NEWPORT) (CLEARWAY) ORDER 202-
THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order under sections 1(1), 2(1), (2) and 124(3)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed Order will be to create a clearway on the length of the access road as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
The A4810 Steelworks Access Road (Queen’s Way), (Llanwern, Newport) (Temporary Speed Limits and Clearway) Order 2024 will be revoked by the proposed Order.
During a period of 21 days from 27 May 2026, a copy of the proposed Order, plans, Statement of Reasons for making the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected free of charge, during normal opening hours at Newport City Council, Civic Offices, Newport, NP20 4UR by appointment, arranged via email to ncc-Traffic@newport.gov.uk or can be viewed on the Welsh Government’s website at https://gov.wales/road-orders or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference number qA2412128.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent by e-mail to TransportOrdersBranch@gov.wales or in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 17 June 2026, quoting reference number qA2412128.
Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with people and organisations outside the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process, we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish your personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state this when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
