(Beggar Hill, Fryerning) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beggar Hill, Fryerning in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 115m north east of its junction with Blackmore Road for a distance of approximately 145m in a north easterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd June 2026 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411003WGKH0T3S – Openreach Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Beggar Hill, Blackmore Road, Beggar Hill and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Blackmore Road, Fryerning) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackmore Road, Fryerning in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Beggar Hill to its junction with Green Street a distance of approximately 575m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd June 2026 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WGRV5T6WSB – Openreach Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing and tree cutting works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Blackmore Road, Ingatestone Road, Chelmsford Road, Blackmore Road, Ingatestone Road, Mill Green Road, Blackmore Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Childerditch Lane, West Horndon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Childerditch Lane, West Horndon in the Borough of Brentwood from a point approximately 135m north of its junction with St Marys Lane for a distance of approximately 90m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th June 2026 for 1 night (23:00-06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL701FSS2-18-56-160626 – Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while retaining wall inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Childerditch Lane, St Mary’s Lane, Station Road, A128, A127, Childerditch Lane (Southbound) or Childerditch Lane, A127, Warley Street, St Marys Lane, Childerditch Lane (Northbound).

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Fryerning Lane, Ingatestone) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fryerning Lane, Ingatestone in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 280m north west of its junction with Pemberton Avenue for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th June 2026 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30015679376 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while connection upgrade works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via High Street, Roman Road, Mountnessing – Ingatestone Link Road, Trueloves Lane, Bag Lane, Blackmore Road and vice versa (with access only into Fryerning Lane).

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hall Green Lane, Hutton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hall Green Lane, Hutton in the Borough of Brentwood, from a point approximately 170m south east of its junction with Shelley Road for a distance of approximately 110m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd June 2026 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WGMRWG2RETHSB – Openreach Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead works are undertaken by Openreach Ltd.

An alternative route is available via Hall Green Lane, Hutton Village, Hutton Drive, Quennell Way, Byron Road, Shelley Road, Hall Green Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Princes Road, Navestock) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Princes Road, Navestock in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Dudbrook Road to its junction with Tan House Lane, a distance of approximately 1730m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd June 2026 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2402698 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gully clearance works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Shonks Mill Road, A113, A128, Crown Road, Navestock Side, Princes Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd June 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Mountnessing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood, from its junction with Marsh Lane to its junction with Burnthouse Lane a distance of approximately 195m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th June 2026 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30066555470 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Marsh Lane, Old Church Road, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 20th May 2026 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
